Run Command on uBar’s servers instead of on your Mac. It works on any Mac, with nothing extra to download.

Command is the assistant in uBar. On a Mac with enough memory it can run entirely on the machine. uBar Cloud runs it on uBar’s servers, so a smaller Mac can use it too.

On this Mac, or in the cloud

Built-in. Commands are processed on this Mac and never leave it. That needs 32 GB of memory and about 20 GB of disk for the comprehension model.

uBar Cloud. Commands are processed on uBar’s servers and never stored. You don’t download that model, and you don’t need 32 GB of memory. Listening and spoken replies stay on your Mac either way.

A registered copy of uBar is required. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets. Cancel anytime from Settings.

Turn it on

  1. Register uBar, if you haven’t already.
  2. Open Settings → Command.
  3. Set Run with to uBar Cloud.
